Our spacious, three bedroomed gite sleeps 6 and has been renovated to a high standard. The two bedrooms upstairs, one double and one twin, each have their own en-suite shower room. Downstairs, there is another double bedroom and large bathroom, with walk in shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. The dining area seats six and there are three sofas in the lounge. Going through the patio doors, you find the terrace, with garden furniture and barbecue. The wood burner is a real bonus for the cooler months.

The bar is a great place to unwind, with its pool table, darts board, video games, library and seating. Enjoy an aperitif there, or book a meal, with no need to drive!

There is a large pool, a Jacuzzi, outside terraces, summer kitchen and extensive grounds. The property is on the edge of the attractive village of Arques. The gite is in a peaceful location, yet within 5 minutes walk of village centre with bakery, post office, horse riding, playground, tennis courts, and football pitch.

From September to June, the gite is also available as a two bedroomed property, which means you have all the facilities, at a reduced price.
